- Brew chai spice mixture.
- Blend 28 grams of flavored MCT powder with 15 grams of ghee. If you use plain MCT powder, you can top it up with a few drops of stevia or erythritol.

- Roast 30 grams of grated coconut (5-10 minutes) in the oven.
- In the meantime, melt ghee (20g) and raw cocoa butter (100g).
- Add 60 grams of flavored MCT powder (or plain MCT powder with 12 drops of stevia) and the roasted coconut to the melted mixture. Mix well, taste to adjust sweetness.
- Pour into silicon moulds and let it cool in the fridge 1 to 2 hours before eating.
