2 Delicious recipes with MCT powder

MCT powder is a delicious way to add extra healthy fats to your keto diet.  You can use plain or flavored MCT powders in your drinks for a quick energy boost.  Let’s look at two delicious recipes with MCT powder, enjoy!

#1 Vanilla Chai Latte

  • Brew chai spice mixture. 
  • Blend 28 grams of flavored MCT powder with 15 grams of ghee. If you use plain MCT powder, you can top it up with a few drops of stevia or erythritol.
  • Add the infused chai, and blend well to obtain smooth consistency.
  • Enjoy while it’s still warm

#2 White Chocolate Coconut Vanilla Bars

  • Roast 30 grams of grated coconut (5-10 minutes) in the oven.
  • In the meantime, melt ghee (20g) and raw cocoa butter (100g).
  • Add 60 grams of flavored MCT powder (or plain MCT powder with 12 drops of stevia) and the roasted coconut to the melted mixture. Mix well, taste to adjust sweetness.
  • Pour into silicon moulds and let it cool in the fridge 1 to 2 hours before eating.
